This policy explains what Craft Georgia collects when you use craftgeorgia.com, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact or catering form we collect the name, phone, email, and message you provide. We also collect anonymized usage data (pages viewed, device type) through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel records page visits so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, fulfill catering requests, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
The site runs on Vercel (hosting), Sanity (content), Google Analytics (measurement), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). Online ordering and payment are handled on our Clover online ordering page (Clover Network, LLC, a Fiserv company) under Clover's own privacy policy — this site never sees or stores your card details. Our rewards pop-up is provided by inKind (inkind.com), which may set cookies and process usage data under its own privacy policy. Ad measurement for Facebook and Instagram uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which receives page-visit data under Meta's own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies to measure site usage, and the Meta Pixel sets advertising cookies to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Our rewards partner inKind also sets cookies to manage how often its pop-up appears. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
